I had a great experience with Bendato Trading Company! I inherited some items and was referred here to see if I might be able to sell a few things. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Yossi, as well as Keller. Yossi was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to walk me through the process, which I really appreciated. He made the experience comfortable and straightforward, and I felt good about my decision to sell some of my rings.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Benadato Trading Co., especially Yossi, Jamie, and their amazing coin expert (whose name I unfortunately forgot!).

My grandmother recently passed away and left me a collection of jewelry, gold, and coins. I was still grieving her loss and had never sold gold before, so I honestly had no idea what to expect going into this experience.

From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Before we even talked business, Yossi and I spent nearly 30 minutes chatting about AI and connecting on a personal level. That alone meant so much to me. It never felt transactional, and that genuine human connection made all the difference during an emotional time.

When it came time to evaluate everything, Yossi and Jamie were absolutely wonderful. They patiently walked me through their entire process, carefully evaluated and priced everything, and explained how they arrived at their offers. I ultimately sold nearly $8,000 worth of gold and walked away feeling confident, respected, and genuinely grateful for the entire experience.

I brought a diamond ring into Benadato Trading Co. about a month ago, after the company was recommended to me by an appraiser who had valued my ring and I had expressed interest in selling it. He said they would be very fair in the price they would buy it from me.
Well, not only were they fair, but Yossi, the owner, and Jamie, Yossi's right hand lady were friendly, efficient during the sale and purchase, and very good at making me feel at home and at ease during my time there. I had taken my ring to another jeweler, before going to see Yossi and Jamie, who offered me much less, and a retail shop in the area whose jeweler also offered me considerably less. Yossi and his team were kind, knowledgeable, and honestly so much fun to work with. They were clear about gold values and the value of non-gold pieces we brought it, explaining things to us above and beyond what we expected.
